Below is another spiral generated with Neil's script.
Its called "Gallaxia" because if you look closely, you will see small spiral "gallaxies" around the main spiral.

Looks like I'm going to have to give Neil's script a try myself. That's just beautiful. I see it was posted on the mailing list. Did you fool around with any of the settings?
I played with the gradient (colours) and probably tweaked it a bit using triangles but did not have to do much at all. That is the beauty of Neil's script.
