Today's Gratitude Item: Left overs :) I don't really need to spell this one out do I?

Why :-)
The short story is that when I was a kid, on one of our frequent visits to the Kruger National Park, my dad got a bit too close to a large herd of elephants for comfort. We did not realise that they were culling in the area and the elephants were nervous. The herd that we were observing had quite a few babies in it and the young male adults charged our car. It was an extremely scary experience! If memory serves we had about 6 unhappy elephants coming at us from all directions. My dad went forward / reversed quite a few times before we managed to get clear. I covered my head in the backseat and prayed!
Wow, not a good elephant experience.
LOL at left overs! I have to say they do come in handy when time is of the essence.
