Today's Gratitude Item: An early morning (6:30am) pilates class at school. It was not as difficult as I feared and being able to do the class before school / work is extremely convenient. Did I mention that the cost of the class is heavily subsidised by the school? Their philosophy seems to be that fit, healthy staff take less time off and are more effective.
