As in the red and white stripes reminded me of a traditional candy cane. Of course that's the only thing about this image that is traditional

Today's Gratitude Item: That parent-teacher interviews don't interfere with my regular dance class. Unfortunately they do interfere with the class that I'm trying to establish at school but some things cannot be helped.
